Four ancient classical elements translated into modern terminology

Today I am going to talk about something interesting; the modern day 4 elements.

From NatureHacker blog

We have all heard of the ancient elements and were told to think they were primitive and dumb; namely earth, air, fire, and water. Now we "know" there are over a hundred elements so in school they use that to make the point that the ancients were dumb and we know so much better than them. This is all part of the "American Dream Cult" conditioning. The truth is in all of our finding we have forgotten what the purpose was. Sure we make fighter jets and bombs but is that really progress? To anyone aware the answer is "obviously not".

So what is the point of the elements? What have we been missing in the modern day? Well the answer to that is all practical applications have been lost. Can you look at a periodic table and tell someone how elements act based on their position on the table? No and not even many chemists can, they rely on experiments. Well what if I told you the ancients had a better understanding of chemistry than we do because they had hands on and practical knowledge? Its true. If the internet went down and the highways shut down today we would be more inept at doing anything than "stone age cavemen". 95% of us wouldn't even know how to get water if the tap shut off and bottled water dried up.

So what did the ancients know about chemistry beyond what we can seem to grasp? They were right about the elements. There are 4 basic elements; earth, air, fire, and water. All of the hundred or so "modern day elements" fit into one of those 4 categories. Since we don't realize that we are useless.

So how can we translate those 4 classifications into modern day chemical understanding? Great question. Well it can be attacked from 2 ways; either look at the modern elements and try to categorize them or look at the ancient elements and figure out what the categories correspond to. Well I did both and I am seemingly converging on the answer. What is amazing is all the elements really do fit into 4 different categories.

Earth - Alkaline/reducing agents.

All chemists know acid-base and oxidation-reduction reactions make up pretty much all of chemistry. Earth elements are the alkaline or reducing elements. Things like sodium, potassium, calcium, and magnesium make up this group.

Fire - acid/oxidizing agents.

There is always a yin and yang and we were told it is fire and water but actually it is earth and fire. Oxygen, chlorine, iodine, fluorine make up this group and they neutralize the earth elements.

Water - Solvents.

Reactions are helped by solvents. Water is the prime example. The one thing all solvents have in common is lots of hydrogen atoms on the molecule. These hydrogen rich molecules help to keep everything mixed up an ready to react. Water is the facilitator in other words.

Air - medium.

A medium is exacty what the name implies, not earth and not fire. Air is made mostly out of the pretty inert nitrogen atom. It is merely a medium to hold things in and it doesn't react with anything. So other elements like the noble gasses would be in this category. Also some metals of low reactivity like gold platinum and palladium could be thought of as air elements too to some degree.

So we have translated the 4 classical elements into modern hi tech lingo. Hopefully this understanding will help chemically minded people to think about the elements in a way that makes sense finally and they can actually make some real progress rather than just testing one thing at a time and taking shots in the dark trying to figure out how each element works.

Where are the aborted fetus organ tissues really going or being used for?

What is really happening to or what are they doing with these harvested dead babies body parts?

I am a former scientist and used to be one of the best primary cell culturists in the world. My specialty was harvesting and growing organ cells of newborn and fetal chickens, quails, mice, and rats. Watching the planned parenthood video's brought back many memories, it was exactly what I did and exactly what I was used to seeing and looking at.

matrix baby incubator tubes mercury slime dead fetus
From NatureHacker blog

Naturally I was interested in where all these fetal "tissues" from planned parenthood were going, especially because some of the video's talked about "government level" collections and how they had to always get as many liver's as possible. So immediatly I thought these were going straight into vaccines. Well I was right but there was hurdle to overcome to figure that out. The cells are laundered so even scientists doing the research wouldn't know where they were coming from.

So we are told human cells used in vaccines and other purposes are "immortalized from a donor many years ago". Well lets break this claim down. First they say it is from a single donor. This is something scientists don't think about and just believe because the cells come from an official cell standard company. However when you get immortalized cells you know you can only let them divide a certain amount of times before they no longer work for experiments. This is known as "passage number", which once it gets to around 5-10 splittings they are worthless. So how could these cells be maintained forever unlimited amount by these cell standard companies? You can't split the cells originally obtained from a patient and get an unlimited amount of cells. You would have to keep letting them divide to keep stocks up. But once they divide a few times they are no longer useful.

So what is really going on? They keep adding fetal cells from abortions into the government stock. This keeps the cells fresh and allows for more dividing. With unlimited aborted fetal cells from planned parenthood being added to the stock, the cell culture will last forever. This type of "sweetening the pot" and adding new cells to a culture and claiming it is still the original culture has been proven to occur before in science. One person who claimed to have kept a cell culture alive for years later it came out he instructed his technicians to keep adding fresh cells.

These cell lines are claimed to be used in vaccines. Without these cells vaccines, in their current sadistic form, would not be possible. All other uses of these cells are trivial compared to the sheer volume used for vaccines.

However I think they have gotten even more lax and sloppy than that. Why go through all the trouble of separating the liver cells and dispersing the cells and add it to a cell culture to then be used for vaccines? Thats too much unnecessary work and they just keep that wording for legal purposes. What I believe they really do is take these aborted fetus', most likely whole, blend them up and add viruses and let them rot. Or a friendler term would be "incubate with the virus". Then to stop the rotting after a few days they blend in formaldehyde and mercury, strain out the baby bits, and that is your vaccine. So infants are being injected with their infected dead baby "would have been playmates" and carcinogenic chemicals. Makes sense. Truly sick that they are injecting the living with their murdered peers.

We need to call for not only a congressional investigation into planned parenthood, but also into the vaccine manufacturers themselves.  There needs to be testing to see if any new fetal cells are added to ther vaccine cultures; and how exactly, in practice, vaccines are made.  We CANNOT just take their word for it.

Biotin B-7: The carboxylator and candida duster nutrient vitamin

Biotin is another powerhouse B vitamin like riboflavin that I talked about a few days ago. It is one of two of the sulfur containing vitamins the other being thiamine.

From NatureHacker blog

Lipoic acid also contains sulfur but it is not considered necessary and can be slightly aggravating to the body when supplemented (ALA).

But biotin can be best understood as the carboxylator. It is required in 5 different carboxylase enzymes. These enzymes add the - COOH group onto molecules which is key to energy production in the body and healthy fat metabolism (cholesterol) as well as enabling DNA to be functioning properly. To do this it requires bicarbonate (see staybl) and lysine.

For the body to produce biotin it takes a lot. It takes B6, SAMe, Alanine, sulfur, iron, and ATP. Some scientists claim that the gut flora makes all the biotin we need to theoretically prevent deficiency. However biotin sticks to candida yeast so that biotin is probably getting stuck to gut candida before it even makes it into the body. Not to mention any extra biotin produced by the body gets stuck to candida throughout the body especially the liver. This is good because biotin coated candida is easier for the white blood cells to kill it. However it means we are all probably seriously deficient in biotin. Raw egg whites also deplete it. Biotin has been shown to successfully treat ms, which is probably due to its effect on candida and the immune system.

Deficiency symptoms: Hair loss, scaly red rash around eyes, nose, mouth, and genital area. It also causes a different facial fat distribution so a persons face will look a little different, perhaps wider. Depression, lethargy, hallucination, and numbness or tingling in extremities are also common signs. The immune system may be impaired which leads to increased susceptibility to bacterial or fungal (candida) infections. Pregnant women, people with liver issues (don't we all), and epileptics especially need extra biotin. Looks like biotin and chromium help with type 2 diabetes and high triglycerides.

How much we need: 35-60 ug per day. That is a very small amount but it is still critical to get that and most likely more since the body uses it up on candida. Common supplements are 5000ug which is probably a good level.

Food sources: Cheese and whole wheat bread provides a couple micrograms of biotin out of the 35-60 we need every day. Your best bet to get it from food is egg yolks which contain 20ug per egg. Liver also has a lot at 30ug but other meats only have a few ug per 3 oz serving.

What does it do: It supports carboxylation, hair skin nails, stabilizes blood sugar by supporting gluconeogenesis, necessary for cell growth, the production of fatty acids, making protiens like isoleucine and valine.

Google's "Mobile Friendly" is really "Mobile Nulification" censorship conspiracy

Today I google my site "NatureHacker Products" to begin to write an article on aborted baby parts being used in vaccines. However my site never came up. It turns out my site is not "Mobile Friendly" so when I search with my smartphone Google is very caring and doesn't let me see my god-forsaken mobile wasteland of a site.

From NatureHacker blog

Now that is kind of odd. Why? Well for one I don't have a computer. Thats right not only do I view my site all day everyday from my phone, but I also created my site on my phone. So I think I should know a thing or two about how it works on a phone. However google's robots know better than me, of course.

Now the psychopaths in charge would never create a problem without having a ready made solution that traps you in their agenda. Google is blackmailing me to adopt their "mobile friendly" version of my site and if I don't comply then I am literally blacklisted from 60% of my site visitors; mobile. Well as someone who doesn't have access to a computer knows, "mobile friendly sites" are really mobile hell. You can't see everything on the site, navigation is impossible, and did I mention you can't access all the site has to offer?

So what really is going on here? I spent weeks designing my site to work excellently for mobile yet google said that it's their way or the highway. Why would google take such drastic measures to force everyone to host mobile sites in the exact same way? Why do they blacklist any developers who can achieve the goal of mobile usability but in a way that keeps all functionality?

The answer to that question is that they don't want you to use mobile. Google is afraid of mobile. They don't want the mobile experience to be a good one. It is Orwellian doublespeak. "Mobile friendly" is code for "Mobile unfriendly". They want you to have to use a desktop to access all the content of the web. And google thinks it owns the web.

So there you have it. Google wants you to be forced to buy a desktop computer. Google does not want you to be able to do everything from mobile. Google sees more and more people are dropping desktops like land lines and they are very afraid. If people all use mobile for everything it threatens half of googles cash cow products. A multi billion dollar empire like google can't survive on mobile alone. Google makes most of its money on search result ads. Do a google search on your smartphone and see how many ads you get. Now do the search on a desktop. Count the ads. Make sense yet? Google can't make half as much money from mobile searches.

Sure you could say "Don't be so dramatic, you can host a mobile site and if people want to see the full site they could just click "view web version"". Thats true but how annoying is it to find that button? Also on my site, which is hosted by google blogger, sure I could click that button, but as soon as I navigate off the main site page it goes right back to the mobile version. So I have to keep re clicking the "view desktop" over and over again while just going through the same site! That is totally unacceptable. It is sad and sickening that my desire to make my site as mobile friendly as possible has landed me on a google blacklist for mobile users.

I refuse to make my site worse in order to bend over to google's evil plan to nullify the mobile threat. It just shows what kind of world we live in when one company can achieve a monopoly like google has and then turn around and use it to force their own profit whoring sinister agenda. Boycott google. Use yahoo or bing or better yet Gibiru who have not sold out to profit...yet.

Riboflavin B2: The Play-Maker Nutrient Vitamin

I am going to be doing a series on every essential or 'beneficial to add' nutrients and break down what they do and how much we need.

riboflavin b2 b-2 vitamin structure picture
From NatureHacker blog

The first nutrient I am going to talk about may be my favorite; I see this as the point-guard nutrient. Riboflavin B2. This is the Jason Kidd or the Steve Nash or Tim Tebow of the nutrient world. Its a play-maker and a shot-caller. It's what turns your pee neon yellow and is essential to make other nutrients active.

How much do we need? The daily requirement to prevent deficiency is only 1.5 mg per day. Stress, hypothyroidism, and adrenal fatigue put you at risk of deficiency.

Some signs of deficiency include red tongue, chapped cracked lips, oily scaly rash on scrotum or vulva, sore throat, inflammation of the corners of the mouth, dermatitis, hair loss, eye issues, ect.

Some good food sources:

Steak 0.7mg/3oz
Fish 0.5mg/3oz
Pork 0.4mg/3oz
Mushroom 0.35mg/cup
Cheese or Almonds 0.3mg/oz
Eggs 0.25mg/egg
Spinach 0.2mg/.5 cup cooked

It is quite safe up to around 500mg per day. It seems like most of the benefits can be had at 100mg a day or less, and 100mg is a common supplemented dose.

So what does it do? It does a lot of various things. It makes up FAD which is a very ubiquitous nutrient/enzyme that catalyzes many important reactions in the body. For example it converts B6 to its active form; converts tryptophan to B3; is necessary in the breakdown of fats, proteins, carbs, and sugars; electron transport for producing energy; converts vitamin A to its active form, Converts folate to it's active form, regenerates glutathione, boosts iron...did I mention it does everything?

Well maybe it doesn't do everything. Maybe it does nothing at all. But that is the hallmark of a true point-man. You work behind the scenes to make it all function and give the glory to others instead. Riboflavin is a true gentleman with a powerful hand.

Pocket Aces.

Caveman medicine: Clay and Charcoal are the essentials

Ever wonder what the caveman doctors prescribed to their patients? Me neither but I think it is a great question to ask.

From NatureHacker blog

Obviously herbs, for better or worse, played a big part. I think a lot of the shaman's of old were focused on drug-like plant effects rather than optimal health and longevity (hey we haven't changed!). However I think there were some real doctors out there, not just drug pushers in the ancient days.

So what would any real doctor use as medicine if they had nothing other than a water vessel (if they were lucky maybe it could be heated without breaking), dirt, water, fire, and wood? That would be the ultimate bug-out survival question.

Well I am here to tell you that not only could you make medicine from just those 4 ingredients, but that that can get you all the medicine you could ever need and is the most important thing anyone could take ever regardless of technology or wealth. So like you could guess from the title, clay and charcoal is what we are going for here.

Why are clay and charcoal important? Well to answer that we need to know what is the most pressing need in human health. Gut health. In my book I talk about this but gut hygiene if done properly will prevent all system wide sickness. Contagious virus, water and food borne sickness, even certain nutrient deficiencies can be prevented by gut hygiene. For more info on that please see my book or leave a comment. Clay and charcoal can also be used to prevent cut infections and stop bleeding.

So how does clay and charcoal fit the gut hygiene bill? Well clay is hydrophilic and is a desiccant. As it moves through the digestive tract, especially the large intestine it dries out bad bacteria and kills them. It also contains saponins that will reduce the numbers of other types of bacteria keeping you clean. Charcoal, in addition to containing lots of calcium and other trace minerals if it isn't activated, will bind gut toxins and shuttle them out of the body. This was a match made in heaven and every true doctor throughout the ages will have employed them. Even Jesus healed people with clay.

How do we make them? Well clay is a special part of all dirt. To make it put some dirt in water and stir it. Let it settle for a couple minutes then pour the liquid into another container. The new dirty water is actually clay water. Let this settle/dry/boil it off and you have clay powder. If you boiled it then it is clean enough to drink. Make sure you get a clean source of dirt to start with. All the big sandy dirty particles will have settled to the bottom of the first container and are discarded.

For charcoal simply burn wood and when it is thoroughly turned into coals douse with water or cover to starve it of oxygen. Then let it cool obviously and grind it into a powder to have charcoal powder that can be mixed 50/50 with the clay powder made previously and taken internally. Not only does this provide the intestinal cleansing benefits mentioned previously but also provides an excellent assortment of vital minerals.

There you have it and that is how to stay healthy in the wild no matter what mother nature throws at you.

The Human Element: The future of business

We have had a couple hundred year, maybe longer, experiment on eliminating the need for humans. We have been designing humans out of systems and automating things and programming them instead.

From NatureHacker blog

Why has it been a goal to eliminate the need for other humans? I have noticed it in myself too. Often I try to design things so they "work on their own" with no thought or human input required.

Well its because we are lazy. We want to make it so we don't have to think or get other people involved. The goal seems to be to sit on our butts and have trees (actually robots) drop food in our lap.

Well this paradigm is coming to a crashing end. The age of enslaving half the world while the other half lives the high life is over. Maybe globalization was good because it ended the disparity. Now in order to stay afloat we have to really create excellent products and services that really work, and automated trash doesn't cut it. The human element is what will improve products and services and those who leave automation behind and incorporate the human element will be the ones who gain a competitive edge and ultimately will take over the markets. In other words the shift is coming and the only question is who will adopt it first to be at the top of the new age.

What do I mean by the human element? What does it look like to leave behind automation and protocol? Well it is a brave new world where thought will actually be valuable. Take teaching for example. Instead of making curriculum and standardized tests to force teachers to teach a certain way, schools that adopt the human element will hire sharp teachers that actually have knowledge and wisdom to teach and let them have free reign and teach students and test their progress any way that they feel is best. To capture the human element you have to give people creative freedom. In another example instead of google making a giant code of factors and rankings on how it organizes search results, actually hire people to look at the websites and make human judgments about the search results. Throwing everything through a program is always going to miss things that the human intellect could understand or do better.

How do we incorporate the human element in our everyday business? The answer to that is get other humans involved. Need someone for a position in your company? Hire someone who is creative and can think outside the box and give them creative freedom to solve problems. Instead of trying to automate things try to get people involved in making the decisions. A push for increasing the minimum wage is a push to increase automation, but to get around this we can volunteer and barter our time and services.

Essential Metals for Human Health

We all know that we need to eat enough calories, protein, calcium, and fruits and vegetables. But is doing that really enough? GMO farmers put much more thought than that for what they feed their vile mutant plants. Are you really that lax about your complex body that you are responsible for? I hope not.

From NatureHacker blog

So besides the basic minerals like nitrogen, calcium, magnesium, sulfur, potassium, etc. what trace metals do we need? Well I'm glad you asked because I spent hours answering that same question for myself.

I have a product named "Nectar of Gaia" that contains many of these.

Here is the list with RDA's or estimated requirements:

milli-
boron 10mg~
manganese 2.3mg
zinc 11mg
iron 18mg
germanium 3mg
copper 0.9mg
iodine 0.15mg
vanadium 0.1mg
silica 25mg
lithium 1mg

micro-
molybdenum 50ug
cobalt 20ug
chromium 35ug
selenium 55ug

So that is the list but now what? Well knowing is half the battle. It is important to prioritize which are the most important since it is difficult to get all of them at once (until I develop a product with all of them).

I am going to give a little breakdown on how these minerals fit into the big picture.

Metals important to fighting candida and detox are boron, zinc, germanium, copper, iodine, silica, molybdenum, chromium, and selenium. All of these minerals either directly inhibit candida or gear up the immune system to fight it. The most important in this group are zinc, selenium, iodine, silica, and boron.

Metals important to energy production are manganese, iron, vanadium, and cobalt.

The only metal missing from those 2 groups is lithium which buffers sodium's reactive effect and it lowers blood pressure.

Well there you have it. 14 trace metals that are very important that you get. Make sure you check out Nectar of Gaia and get some of the most important minerals in their most bioavailable ionic form.

And just for the sake of completeness, here are some other potential necessary metals but we most likely get too much already and these metals are toxic.

arsenic
nickel
tin
bromine
strontium
bismuth
fluoride

Will you know what to do when the water is contaminated and rationed?

What will you do when the authorities tell us the water isn't safe to drink?

From NatureHacker blog

In 2014 half a million people in the US were without water for 3 days primarily in and around Toledo Ohio.

Toxins in the water.

In this age toxic water is and will become a huge problem. Experts warn that invasive species, Global warming, and excessive fertilizer use and runoff are causing algae blooms to become dangerous and threaten the water supply for all of us. Personally I believe huge factors are cyanogen (cyanide; neutralized by cobalt, B2, and nitrate) from comet ISON dust we passed through in late 2012. Hundreds of thousands of tons of this toxic dust entered our atmosphere. Also solar activity has been down since this same time period and therefore the earths magnetic shield has been weakened. This causes more space radiation to hit earth causing destabilization of ecosystems and microbial overgrowth.

In this case it was a giant algae bloom in Lake erie that tainted the water supply for these Ohio residents in 2014, however algae effects all water treatment and it is very deadly an very difficult to test for. Just 1 microgram! per liter is enough to pose a human health threat. This level is so low their is no way to tell water is contaminated and authorities don't test for it.

In this age of deteriorating infrastructure and increasing microbial overgrowth water is the most important thing you should concern yourself with (besides maybe air). When the authorities say you cannot drink the tap water and bottle water dries up, what is your plan? Well I know what my plan is. The same thing I do everyday. Purify the tap water.

Microcystins the likes of which condemned water in ohio is actually, like anything else, pretty easy to remove if you know what you are doing. You can slow sand filter the water, filter through food grade diatomaceous earth, treat the water with activated charcoal or filter the water through activated charcoal. However I don't think many of us will be able to make large percolation filters when SHTF... even I would struggle to pull that off. However we almost certainly will have access to containers, and that is really all that we will need. The easiest way to remove microcystins, fluoride, arsenic, you name it... is to add some food grade pickling lime (CaOH) to the water, shake it up or stir it, and let it settle for a few hours. This will bind up the toxins and the toxin-calcium sediment will fall the the bottom of the container with fresh pure water ready to be poured out. To make that process even better you can dissolve a little humic acid in the water before you add the CaOH and even more contaminants including chlorine will be removed. After that and you pour out the purified water into another container, add a little powdered activated charcoal and shake or stir that up and you will have a professionally purified water free from virtually all contaminants. No power hungry expensive distillation or expensive proprietary an slow filters required. You can even make the CaOH by "burning" dirt at high temperatures, and obviously you can make activated charcoal from burning wood. Humic acid is from compost. Add a drop or two of lugol's iodine or boil or uv sterilize to ensure that any living organisms are also killed.

In this age your top priorities should be
1. what would you drink in the case of societal collapse and
2. what you would eat. If you master this information about water you can mark a big check mark through the most pressing need we face.

The hidden causes of leaky gut and allergies

Leaky gut is a great unofficial term to describe an epidemic that is hitting the world and especially America. I believe that a trifecta of factors are involved to create this organized and designed gut health attack.
The first and most basic part of this story is candida yeast. Ever have hunger pain when you wake up and just have to eat something so your "stomach doesn't eat itself?" Well you may be more right than you think. When candida runs out of food source in the stomach over the night, it changes from a spherical cell free yeast into an invasive fungus that burrows into the stomach. From the stomach it can easily move straight to the spleen and liver causing insomnia, allergies, immune dysfunction, etc. But that is a tangent from what we are talking about. The fungus destroys the lining of the stomach by burrowing in and this causes damage and therefore allows undigested proteins to be exposed to the blood, of which the immune system mounts an attack and allergies ensue.

That is what I have believed leaky gut was for a couple years now. However just recently I stumbled across two more factors that I feel play a monumental role in this epidemic. These are crystalline cellulose and Bt toxin.
Crystalline cellulose is used in processed foods but mostly in tablets. These micro crystals compact the drug like porcupine spines and is how tablets stick together so well. In case you don't believe that entirely, disturbingly this crystalline cellulose is also used to "enhance absorption" of the drugs. Think about what that means for a second. How do you suppose these crystalline shards are "enhancing absorption"? I will leave that up to your imagination. Please stay far away from this ingredient.

The third one here is even more spooky than the previous two, if that were at all possible. This toxin is called Bt for the name of bacteria that creates it. It is the DNA plasmid that is basically particle accelerated into GMO seeds. Freaky. But the illegality of GMO labeling so it is impossible to know what foods to stay away from isn't even the worst part. The worst part is that these Bt bacteria have been sprayed on ORGANIC crops for over 40 years. This bacteria contains the rare and incredibly dangerous delta-endotoxins.
Wikipedia:
"During spore formation the bacteria produce crystals of this protein. When an insect (or human) ingests these proteins, they are activated by proteolytic cleavage. The N-terminus is cleaved in all of the proteins and a C-terminal extension is cleaved in some members. Once activated, the endotoxin binds to the gut epithelium and causes cell lysis by the formation of cation-selective channels, which leads to death. The activated region of the delta toxin is composed of three distinct structural domains: an N-terminal helical bundle domain (IPR005639) involved in membrane insertion and pore formation; a beta-sheet central domain involved in receptor binding; and a C-terminal beta-sandwich domain (IPR005638) that interacts with the N-terminal domain to form a channel.[2][3][4][5]"

There you have it. That Bt toxicity mechanism is a perfect mirror of the issue "leaky gut". Luckily organic foods don't have the Bt toxins inside them ike the GMO's, they are on the surface so it is possible to remove them, most likely with soap type washed like plant saponins since they are gram positive bactieria. In addition to that taking activated charcoal while you eat the organic food should help bind up the endotoxin in the stomach in case you are eating powdered organic vegetables that are therefore unwashable. Also the charcoal will help remove chemical toxins from conventional crops or gmo's as well. Thanks for listening. Stainless Steel is a heavy metal dangerous bad

We have been told that stainless steel is inert and makes the best cookingware possible. Well this is entirely false. Nickel is used in large quantities around 10% of the total composition of the steel. This is an incredibly high percentage. Nickel is a proven heavy metal which is defined as a metal that effects the kidneys negatively. Nickel causes reproductive problems (birth defects and reduced fertility), immune/liver dysfunction, and it interferes with manganese (energy production), zinc (immune function), calcium, and magnesium. Nickel is exceptionally toxic, one of the most toxic compounds I have ever seen. A mere 67 mg of sulfuric acid dissolved nickel per kilogram of body weight will kill 50% of mammals exposed.

Remember 10% of stainless steel is this dangerous metal! If that wasn't bad enough more people are sensitized to nickel then are sensitive to mercury! It may be able to be said that stainless steel cookware is more dangerous than if your cookware was 10% mercury. Think that the steel isn't "dissolving" so the nickel isn't getting into the food? Well first of all the amount of people sensitized to nickel would strongly suggest we are getting enough to cause massive problems. (see picture below) Also acids in the food and obviously the heat involved will create these super toxic ionic nickel compounds. It may LOOK like not much is happening to the pan but that is why nickel is added...so you can't tell when metal ions are coming off into our foods. Please take a long thought on stainless steel and transition to safer technologies like cast iron (made with iron and carbon) and glass cookware. Stay away from crystal clear glass as it is leaded but a pale green glass or amber should be free of lead. Glass is one of the most inert substances on earth so it is the ideal cookware. Check out my restitution product on the health remedies page and work on detoxing this along with other heavy metals.

Colloidal ionic nano silver is a dangerous heavy metal like lead and mercury

People have talked to me in the past and are excited to recommend that I learn about and make colloidal silver.  It sounds like something right up my alley to do since I am big into natural medicine and engineering.  Well I have made colloidal silver and even colloidal gold.  Well I took my colloidal silver for several days about a year and a half ago.  I started getting rashes and itchiness.  So naturally this lead me to do some research to see what was going on.  And it is pretty common knowledge that people can easily become sensitized to silver.  Some say this is from impurities in non sterling silver.  Well the silver that I used was a 99.999% pure uncirculated brand new coin.  So it obviously wasn't nickel or whatnot in my silver.  So I did some digging and it turns out that silver 1. has no beneficial or natural role in the body and 2. silver is a quite toxic, bio accumulative, and immune suppressing toxin. Well that was pretty shocking to me.  In literally seconds I went from pursuing a hot product to sell to being left with  nothing.

Silver in its every form is dissolved into an ionic solution in the stomach or in cells and becomes very reactive and hence toxic.  It has been shown that silver strongly depresses glutathione activity in rats.  When rats were on silver for a few months their glutathione was reduced 20x from where it was before.  This is an extremely potent destroyer of the immune system since glutathione is the heart of the immune system.  And its effects last months, years, even indefinitely.  It takes a lot to get this silver, not to mention lead and mercury, out of the body.   Why knowingly, intentionally, and voluntarily take large amounts of a heavy metal while in the same breath you speak out about lead and mercury in food and vaccines?  How can that make any sense?  We have all been duped with silver.  They tell us how it was an ancient remedy.  Ya well dumping waste in the streets and giving people leaches and treating people with mercury were also ancient things, all of these things straight out of a side-show are the ancestor of modern medicine and big pharma.  These corporations got their start with selling mercury and leeches!  The natural doctors like the homeopaths and eclectics were AGAINST all of these "old" practices!  Just because it is old doesn't mean it is right.  The devil has been around since the beginning.

Something that no silver shill can argue with (altough I welcome them to try!) is that the eclectics and other natural practitioners are concerned with restoring proper biology and supplementing necessary nutrients while the allopaths (big pharma and mainstream medicine) are concerned with creating synthetic biology.  If they had their will we would be somehow zombies composed of mercury, aluminum, silver, flouride, bromide, radium, and use benzo's instead of gaba, and metformin instead of insulin, and prozac instead of seritonin...do I need to go on?  It's sick, people. Silver is straight disinfo and it is the reincarnation for the 21st century what mercury was for the 20th century.  Don't fall for it!  I promise you that if you do you will sooner or later figure out your mistake; and knowing how persistent silver is in the body, it may be too late.  Get my restitution product on my health remedies page and some lugol's iodine to work on removing silver and other heavy metals from the body.  Please take some time and click through or at least save these references proving that silver is incredibly dangerous and is being used by the elite to weaken us.

Electrochemical metallo-schiff transducers ECMT's biological energy production

If you have read my ebook "the NatureHacker's guide to the body" you would know that I think the proposition that oxygen creates energy in the body is laughable. What is really producing energy are these ECMT's. Most of the time it seems these metal complexes use acid-base or oxy-reduction pathways to produce electricity in the form of electron excitation of the metal ion. This electron excitation is stored in the ECMT and is used to phosphorylate ATP or the like to create energy in the body. What does this mean? Get these minerals like iron, cobalt (b-12), and manganese in order to create energy in the body and cure chronic fatigue.  Here are some examples of the pancake type ECMT's used to create bio-energy.

Heme iron

Chlorophyll
Vitamin B-12

Hypericin from st. johns wort.  It converts light energy into acidity and thus kills microbes.

How to become a "Hacker"

http://www.catb.org/esr/faqs/hacker-howto.html

Hackers solve problems and build things, and they believe in freedom and voluntary mutual help. To be accepted as a hacker, you have to behave as though you have this kind of attitude yourself. And to behave as though you have the attitude, you have to really believe the attitude.
But if you think of cultivating hacker attitudes as just a way to gain acceptance in the culture, you'll miss the point. Becoming the kind of person who believes these things is important foryou — for helping you learn and keeping you motivated. As with all creative arts, the most effective way to become a master is to imitate the mind-set of masters — not just intellectually but emotionally as well.
Or, as the following modern Zen poem has it:

    To follow the path:
    look to the master,
    follow the master,
    walk with the master,
    see through the master,
    become the master.
So, if you want to be a hacker, repeat the following things until you believe them:

1. The world is full of fascinating problems waiting to be solved.

Being a hacker is lots of fun, but it's a kind of fun that takes lots of effort. The effort takes motivation. Successful athletes get their motivation from a kind of physical delight in making their bodies perform, in pushing themselves past their own physical limits. Similarly, to be a hacker you have to get a basic thrill from solving problems, sharpening your skills, and exercising your intelligence.
If you aren't the kind of person that feels this way naturally, you'll need to become one in order to make it as a hacker. Otherwise you'll find your hacking energy is sapped by distractions like sex, money, and social approval.
(You also have to develop a kind of faith in your own learning capacity — a belief that even though you may not know all of what you need to solve a problem, if you tackle just a piece of it and learn from that, you'll learn enough to solve the next piece — and so on, until you're done.)

2. No problem should ever have to be solved twice.

Creative brains are a valuable, limited resource. They shouldn't be wasted on re-inventing the wheel when there are so many fascinating new problems waiting out there.
To behave like a hacker, you have to believe that the thinking time of other hackers is precious — so much so that it's almost a moral duty for you to share information, solve problems and then give the solutions away just so other hackers can solve new problems instead of having to perpetually re-address old ones.
Note, however, that "No problem should ever have to be solved twice." does not imply that you have to consider all existing solutions sacred, or that there is only one right solution to any given problem. Often, we learn a lot about the problem that we didn't know before by studying the first cut at a solution. It's OK, and often necessary, to decide that we can do better. What's not OK is artificial technical, legal, or institutional barriers (like closed-source code) that prevent a good solution from being re-used and force people to re-invent wheels.
(You don't have to believe that you're obligated to give all your creative product away, though the hackers that do are the ones that get most respect from other hackers. It's consistent with hacker values to sell enough of it to keep you in food and rent and computers. It's fine to use your hacking skills to support a family or even get rich, as long as you don't forget your loyalty to your art and your fellow hackers while doing it.)

3. Boredom and drudgery are evil.

Hackers (and creative people in general) should never be bored or have to drudge at stupid repetitive work, because when this happens it means they aren't doing what only they can do — solve new problems. This wastefulness hurts everybody. Therefore boredom and drudgery are not just unpleasant but actually evil.
To behave like a hacker, you have to believe this enough to want to automate away the boring bits as much as possible, not just for yourself but for everybody else (especially other hackers).
(There is one apparent exception to this. Hackers will sometimes do things that may seem repetitive or boring to an observer as a mind-clearing exercise, or in order to acquire a skill or have some particular kind of experience you can't have otherwise. But this is by choice — nobody who can think should ever be forced into a situation that bores them.)

4. Freedom is good.

Hackers are naturally anti-authoritarian. Anyone who can give you orders can stop you from solving whatever problem you're being fascinated by — and, given the way authoritarian minds work, will generally find some appallingly stupid reason to do so. So the authoritarian attitude has to be fought wherever you find it, lest it smother you and other hackers.
(This isn't the same as fighting all authority. Children need to be guided and criminals restrained. A hacker may agree to accept some kinds of authority in order to get something he wants more than the time he spends following orders. But that's a limited, conscious bargain; the kind of personal surrender authoritarians want is not on offer.)
Authoritarians thrive on censorship and secrecy. And they distrust voluntary cooperation and information-sharing — they only like ‘cooperation’ that they control. So to behave like a hacker, you have to develop an instinctive hostility to censorship, secrecy, and the use of force or deception to compel responsible adults. And you have to be willing to act on that belief.

5. Attitude is no substitute for competence.

To be a hacker, you have to develop some of these attitudes. But copping an attitude alone won't make you a hacker, any more than it will make you a champion athlete or a rock star. Becoming a hacker will take intelligence, practice, dedication, and hard work.
Therefore, you have to learn to distrust attitude and respect competence of every kind. Hackers won't let posers waste their time, but they worship competence — especially competence at hacking, but competence at anything is valued. Competence at demanding skills that few can master is especially good, and competence at demanding skills that involve mental acuteness, craft, and concentration is best.
If you revere competence, you'll enjoy developing it in yourself — the hard work and dedication will become a kind of intense play rather than drudgery. That attitude is vital to becoming a hacker.
